Faults found on ECM and PSA SAGEM S2000 Engine

Total malfunction, it does not communicate in the diagnosis and does not start
Immobilizer fault repair (tails, car not starting) Scoding
Does not accelerate (Accelerator pedal faults)
Fixed misfires

T WILL NOT START:

THE CAR DOES NOT START, I HAVE NO POWER TO THE SPARK PLUGS AND THERE IS NO FAULT CODE IN THE DIAGNOSIS.
RECOVERY:

 THE CAR STARTS AND RUNS WELL BUT THEN IT GOES INTO AN EMERGENCY AND THE ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON. 
IT WILL NOT ACCELERATE

The car starts but does not accelerate, it remains at idle and with the gas pedal fully depressed it only makes a small change in rpm 
NO IGNITION

The car runs on three cylinders 
IMMOBILIZER:

the starter motor turns but the car does not start, there is no power to the spark plugs and no faults on, I saw with the tester in the engine parameters that the state of the engine control unit and "control unit blocked" does not start with both keys
DOES NOT COMMUNICATE

It does not communicate on the network and does not allow diagnosis. On the other control units in the network I find fault codes for failure to communicate
The control unit filled with water which corroded some pins, now it doesn't communicate in the diagnosis and the car doesn't start. The engine warning light does not come on when the ignition is on, confirming the fault
