Faults Detected on BCM (Body Control Module)

• Malfunction of windows: window lifter does not go up or down.
• Total malfunction: does not communicate in diagnostics and does not start.
• Issues with key code unlocking (coded anti-theft) decoding.
• Recovery of key card codes and new key services (lost keys).
• Malfunction of windshield wipers that do not work or stop out of position.
• Malfunction of rear wiper that is not functioning or stops in the middle of the rear window.
• Malfunction of turn signals (indicators).
• Water infiltration.
• Abnormal power drain: if the car is left unused for a few days, the battery drains.

Some Significant Customer Reports:

• Malfunction of wipers, they do not turn off (front or rear, high-low speed).
• Wipers stop out of position, almost always in the middle of the glass.
• Light malfunction: lights stay on or do not turn off (low beams - high beams).
• Does not enter diagnostics / No communication with the body control module.
• Power drain when the ignition is off; if the car is not used for a couple of days, the battery dies.
